RULES FOR SUPERVISING MINOR ATHLETES
on the NutriLogic Platform - information for parents and legal guardians (effective from 22 October 2026)
§ 1. General provisions
1.
These Rules set out how athletes who have not reached the age of 18 (hereinafter: the “Athlete”) are supervised on the nutrilogic.io Platform operated by NutriLogic Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź, ul. Piotrkowska 148/150, 90-063 Łódź, KRS 0001237862, NIP 7252366419 (hereinafter: the “Operator”), and what rights their parents and legal guardians (hereinafter: the “Parent”) have.
2.
The Athlete is supervised by the Operator's Specialists - dietitians and, in the Performance package, also members of the Scientific Team who prepare Scientific Publications. The Operator provides nutrition, supplementation and educational services. The Operator is not a healthcare provider, does not make diagnoses, does not treat, does not recommend medicines and does not give medical or physiotherapy advice.
3.
These Rules supplement the Terms and Conditions, the Personal Data Processing Notice and the Minor Protection Standards, available on the nutrilogic.io website.
§ 2. Admission of the Athlete
1.
The Club registers the Athlete by providing the Operator with their first name, surname, year of birth, team and the Parent's contact details, and informs the Parent of the registration.
2.
The Operator sends the Parent an invitation to the Platform to their email address. The Parent confirms the address, reads the documents and gives the required declarations and consents in electronic form.
3.
The Platform does not allow supervision of the Athlete to begin until the Parent has given the declarations and consents required to start supervision. An Athlete who has reached the age of 16 additionally confirms the consents on their account.
4.
Before supervision begins, the Platform displays to the Parent the first name and surname of the supervising dietitian and their qualifications. The Athlete's data is processed by the Operator as controller, and by the Specialists solely on the Operator's behalf and to the extent necessary for supervision.
5.
After reaching the age of 18, the Athlete confirms the consents independently on their account. Until they are confirmed, Specialists do not process any new health data.
§ 3. Rights of the Parent
1.
The Parent has access on the Platform to the Specialists' recommendations concerning the Athlete, in particular the supplementation plan, the meal plan and the Scientific Publications. A Scientific Publication for the Athlete is ordered by the Parent.
2.
The Parent may at any time, in the account settings, withdraw any consent, ask for the supervising Specialist to be changed or end the supervision of the Athlete.
3.
The Parent decides on the purchase of supplements and on giving them to the Athlete. The Operator does not sell supplements.
§ 4. Rules of contact between Specialists and the Athlete
1.
Specialists contact the Athlete only through the Platform. They do not contact the Athlete via private messaging apps, social media or a private telephone number.
2.
Direct contact between a Specialist and the Athlete in the chat is possible only after the Parent has given consent. Without that consent, the Specialist contacts the Parent.
3.
Video calls between a Specialist and the Athlete take place with the Parent present or, in the case of an Athlete who has reached the age of 16, with the Parent's knowledge.
4.
The Specialist promptly informs the Parent of any worrying symptoms, of test results requiring consultation with a physician chosen by the Parent, and of signs that may indicate eating disorders.
5.
The Specialist adapts recommendations to the Athlete's age. The Specialist does not recommend weight-reduction diets or supplements not intended for minors. If the Athlete's physician has recommended a change in body weight, the Specialist takes into account the physician's recommendations passed on by the Parent.
§ 5. Safety of the Athlete
1.
The Operator admits to work with Athletes only Specialists who have been checked in the Register of Sexual Offenders, who have provided information from the National Criminal Register and who have undertaken to apply the Minor Protection Standards.
2.
Worrying behaviour by a Specialist can be reported to contact@nutrilogic.io with the note “Minor protection”. Until the matter is clarified, the Specialist is removed from contact with the Athlete.
3.
The Platform is not intended for providing assistance in emergencies. In a situation threatening health or life, call the emergency number 112.
§ 6. Final provisions
1.
These Rules are effective from 22 October 2026.
