What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, BLIK (where available) and bank transfers. Invoices are generated automatically.

Can I switch to another plan?

Yes - you can move to a more or less advanced plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately after you pay for the selected package.

What happens after the free trial?

After 7 days you will be asked to choose a plan. No credit card is required to get started, and your data is kept.

Are my data and my clients' data secure?

We use bank-level encryption, keep medical and personal data separated, and host in European data centers that meet GDPR requirements.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. If you chose an annual plan billed monthly, cancellation follows the shop terms of service.
